Happy Tuesday fellow readers! Thank you for joining me for the last blog of the month. Be sure to check out the main page for the new featured author.
This week, our book is once again in The Tales in Motion event. This is another new to me author. I love these events you guys! I discover so many indie authors and read books that I wouldn't find on my own.
This week, our book is Tristan by Rowan St. George. It is a paranormal romance.
First, let's dispense with the necessities.

Alright. If you are still with me, let's jump in to this fantastic book! This is definitely a case of "Don't judge a book by it's cover" for me. Yes, the cover has an angel with black wings, but it just didn't jump out at me. The title is simplistic and that isn't bad but it didn't pop to me. Do you know what I mean? Even the blurb didn't draw me in. It didn't repel me by any means, but it landed in my maybe pile. I am so glad that I pulled this out of the maybe and read it!
Tristan is the main male character of this book of the same name. He is a hot broody motorcycle riding fallen angel. If that isn't enough to hook you... wait there is more! Haha. Those who are familiar with me, know that I stay away from religious books. That doesn't mean that I don't read books involving angels, demons, or gods. I actually absolutely love these types of books and characters. What I stay away from is preachy style books that tell you what to believe or involve a lot of that type of aspect in the book. That being said, Tristan does not really mention much about actual religion. It is just a delightful paranormal romance.
Rowan does a wonderful job weaving a twisty plot and developing her characters. I definitely enjoyed reading it. I am happy that I found Rowan and Tristan.
If you want to dive in too, the ebook is $0.99 until 6/14.
