So as you can see, this is a darker one. I am absolutely here for it! I love omegaverse books. I love dark books. I adore Roxy Collins. This book was a wonderful combination of all of these things.

Roxy has a way of writing some smoking hot characters, especially those book boyfriends. She absolutely brings it again with this new group. Dex, Kane, Rowan, and Jake are absolute smoke shows. Usually, I can choose one of the sexy men from Roxy's books as my favorite, but I can't choose this time! I am stuck between Kane and Rowan. I love a big, growly, grumpy, protective alpha, and I also adore a sexy, sassy omega. She's just too good at writing these characters! It is a good thing that I am all about that pack life! Haha.

The story on this one has some unexpected twists that surprised me, and I can't get enough of that. It deals with those dark topics which makes it intriguing. Roxy's writing style is so good that you have to keep turning page after page. I was hooked, and I think that you will be too.

Dark, decadent, and delicious.

"Slick" dives into a darker world where illegal activity thrives beneath a thin veil. As the laundry list of triggers shows, this one is definitely on the darker side. I absolutely adored it! Diana is the sweetest omega and undergoes so much without it ever dulling her shine. I love how she just gets stronger and better with each obstacle that she overcomes. In typical Roxy Collins style, the guys are smoking hot and the spice is fantastic. I can't choose between Kane and Rowan for my favorite of this book. I love them both. The book has interesting plot twists that had me hanging on every word. Another fantastic read from Roxy.
