Seeking Dragons

Good morning and happy Tuesday, fellow readers. I hope that you are all doing well. This week we have moved to the second round of books in the book club, and we are back to Angelina Kerner. Yay! This time we have a paranormal adventure romance called Seeking Dragons. Let's get started!

I adore dragons so of course I was thrilled to read this novella. I love how Angelina blended Greek mythology with dragons. Gardenia is an interesting and fun FMC, female main character. This is essentially her coming of age story.

As always, Angelina does a wonderful job with character and world building. She really had a lot of world building to do with this one, figuratively and literally, as Gardenia is learning to create galaxies. The gods are as dysfunctional as ever, of course. Angelina definitely brought the drama that you'd expect from Zeus and his crew.

Enchanting

Seeking Dragons is a wonderful novella. It is a bit of a coming of age romance with gods, goddesses, fates, dragons, and so much more. I devoured it quickly. As always, Angelina does a wonderful job with character and world building and there are so many worlds! It definitely left me needing more.

I definitely need more!! I do hope that Angelina goes back and writes a second book to this one. I'd love to see how the rest of Gardenia's story goes. As it is, it does leave off in a good place but definitely hints at more to come. It us a wonderful short read especially if you like Greek mythology and dragons.
