Happy Tuesday, fellow readers! I hope that everyone is safe and dry. It's been raining and storming a lot here in my patch of Pennsylvania. Thank goodness that I have a bit of alien hotness to steam things up! Please join me in checking out "Fated to the Alien Warrior" by Erin Hale.

First, the trigger warnings:

Trigger warnings:

Explicit language

Fated mates

Fighting/attacks

Death

Yes, it has some dark themes as it's set on a primitive planet, but the story is amazing and the spice is oh so nice!

I can not rave enough about the world building in this book! Erin Hale literally created a whole world. The planet Tavikh is described in beautiful detail with it's yellow soil, brighter yellow grass, tall trees with dark almost black trunks and purple foliage, and it's two moons in the violet sky.

Like it wasn't enough to create a planet, Erin also brings us a fascinating race of people called the Tavikhi. With their golden hair, violet skin, and yellow eyes with vertical pupils, this species sounds absolutely stunning. Oh, and I can't forget that they have prehensile tails!

The human women, London, Remi, Zara, Maeve, and Sage are so strong in their own ways. They each have a strong backstory and I look forward to following each one on their journeys on Tavikh. This book is London's story, but it introduces us to all of these fabulous ladies. And of course, there are those hot Tavikhi men. It makes for one spicy mix.

Here is my official review:

A true page-turner!

"Fated to the Alien Warrior" truly transports the reader to a vivid new world.

It's amazing how Erin Hale created an entire world, from the grass, to the trees and wildlife, right down to the color of the dirt. The Tavikhi race is fascinating and so well thought out. The human women are each strong in their own way. The plot is fantastic and keeps the reader captivated while the spice comes in to heat things up. I absolutely can not wait to read book two!
