Happy Tuesday, fellow readers. Welcome to December! Can you you believe it?! I hope that you all will meet your reading goals for the year. Me? I don't set a goal. I read a lot and bring books here each week, so I feel like that's good. I like the thought of a goal though, and I like hearing about others doing these challenges.
Anyway, on to this week's book. Today, I bring you a psychological thriller called Dangerous Ledges by Fallon Raynes.
First, the trigger warnings.

Alright. As you can see, we have another darker themed book. I'm working on a bingo in the thriller/horror category. I promise that I'll be on to other things soon. For my fellow dark hearted readers, let's get into it.
"Dangerous Ledges" follows Liza in her newly divorced life when suddenly things go terribly wrong. Fallon Raynes takes readers on a roller coaster ride through the darkness in this one. There is an interesting underlying idea regarding a medication being responsible for personality changes. I would love to deep dive into that part, but I don't want to spoil anything. You'll just have to read it for yourself!
Liza is a wonderful strong female main character. Ledge, as the deranged cheating ex-husband, makes the perfect antagonist. I enjoyed Liza's two best friends as characters as well. It was wonderful to feel that she had such an awesome support system. Fallon did a fantastic job with character creation and development. Liza's life felt so realistic which lent even more to the creep factor to me.
If you like suspense and don't mind the triggers, you will love this book. It is definitely a page turner.
Here is my official review:
A psychological thrill ride.
"Dangerous Ledges" is definitely an "I could not put it down" type of book. A life long romance gone sour. I loved the clues being put together throughout the story. It almost had a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde vibe. I absolutely adored every minute of it.

That does it for me for this week, dear readers. Please check back next Tuesday. Until then, curl up with a good book.
