Happy Tuesday, fellow readers, and happy New Year's Eve! Can you believe that 2024 is over?! Did it fly by for you? It certainly did for me. As a final treat for the year, I have another three piece for you. All three are within the romance genre. Are you ready? Let's go!
Our first book this week is a paranormal romance called The Witch's Savior by Bethany Frost. If you have been following my blog you may have seen another book already in this series.
First, the trigger warnings:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶🌶
Trigger Warnings:
Deception
Mentions of cheating and pregnancy
Magical curse
Sex
Betrayal
Kidnapping
Death
This one introduces Trinity and her core group of friends who are also her coven members. Trinity is an amazing person and a powerful witch. I love the character development that Bethany Frost utilizes. Each of the characters compliment the others and even when they conflict it just works out.
The story flows well and the romance is used to further the plot instead of just being there like in some romance books. There are twists, turns, betrayals, and of course there is romance. I love a good witch book. I enjoyed the powers of each of the members and how they worked together.
Here us my official review:
A Magical Adventure
Deception, true love, magic, and danger. "The Witch's Savior" is a triumph of action, friendship, magic and love. I adore this coven, especially Trinity. Their devotion to her and each other is heartwarming. There are twists and turns and deep betrayals. It kept me on the edge of my seat. It has a little heat that adds just a little spice to all of the other elements. Overall, it is a fantastic book.

On to book two for the week. This one is an omegaverse book called Knot Worthy by Miss Renae.
Of course, the trigger warnings:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶🌶
Trigger Warnings & Tropes:
MM
Age gap
Grumpy/Sunshine
Forbidden romance/ex's brother
Scent matching
Omega heat
Bondage
Dom/sub dynamic
One night stand & self pleasure
Violence
Mental/physical abuse
Sexual assault
Death/grief
I included some tropes along with the triggers on this book just in case there is something readers prefer not to read in a book. Or, if you are like me, you see a shopping list of yes. For an omegaverse it is pretty tame on the spice, lacking on the typical group scenes and intense heats. However, I have a feeling that might come later. Knot Worthy seems like a buildup book with all the juicy bits just around the corner. Kaylani is a complex and strong female main character. Her male counterparts are each sexy and strong with unique personalities. There is almost a mafia vibe with the Sterling family and the power that the matriarch weilds. Warning: It has a major cliff hanger. So, just be ready for that. The only other critique I had was the use of "knot" throughout the book instead of "not". It didn't seem necessary and did pull me out of the scene whenever it occurred. Otherwise, the book was well done. I just wish there was a bit more before the cliffhanger.
Here is my official review:
As a fan of omegaverse books, I found this one interesting. It's kind of a slow burn and it isn't a stand alone book. I enjoyed the build up, but I wish it wasn't such a cliff hanger. Kaylani is a wonderful female main character and the three different men that she may choose are all so sexy. It's a good read, but I need book two.

On to our final book of the three and the last of 2024! Our final book is a delightful Greek mythology why choose romance called Charon's Muse by MA Destiny.
The trigger warnings:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶🌶🌶
Trigger Warnings:
Graphic sex scenes
Reverse harem
Profanity
Mortal wounds
Fighting
Death/injury
Talk of kidnapping
So, as you can see, we get a little spicier in this one. The surprises in this book! Wow. MA Destiny packed this one with major surprise bombs. It is quite dynamic. If you love Greek Mythology like I do, you'll appreciate this one. Even if you don't, the characters are fascinating and the story is well done.
I found it decently fast paced, and I enjoyed how the characters were linked. There is a good balance of action and spice which is greatly appreciated.
Here is my official review:
Hidden surprises.
"Charon's Muse" is a twisty tale full of carnal delights and surprises. The dreams are an interesting touch. I also enjoy the reverse harem dynamic. It has some great spicy scenes as well as packing a few surprises. It could benefit from more editing/proofreading as there are quite a lot of grammatical errors and a few spelling errors. Overall, it is still a good read, especially if you enjoy stories set within Greek mythology.
As I mentioned in my review, the only critique that I have is that it needs a bit of polishing, as there were over 20 errors. I know that errors can bring readers out of the flow of the book, hence why I mention them. Otherwise, it is a very good book.
If you want to meet Charon, Hades, and a host of fabulous character's from Greek mythology, you can get "Charon's Muse" here: https://a.co/d/2My7AmA
That concludes my final book blog of 2024. I hope that you will join me next week to kick off 2025. Until then, curl up with a good book. Happy New Year!
